Service man Joe came to see our issue, I was also an HVAC service/installation guy in Chicago however I’m now retired, Joe pointed out the problems and benefits of installing a new system much more efficient than the present equipment, we came to an agreement to install new system, no charge for todays call which he temporarily fixed for the night, along with rebates for a previous call and all I can say is we are VERY SATISFIED with todays outcome. Joe was very respectful and well mannered and I recommend him and his company.. Charles McCambridge

We purchased a new AC unit in August from Hawkins and I noticed it wasn't performing correctly so I called Hawkins for a service check. The receptionist was great and empathetic and would have scheduled a technician to come out that day but we had guests and a hurricane approaching so I asked for a technician to come out Monday. On Monday Jamil Perry arrived promptly and immediately found the problem - a leak in the copper piping causing the unit not to run correctly and the thermostat had not been calibrated correctly at installation. He fixed the issues and reviewed the thermostat settings and checked and educated me on the thermostat app settings. And a few hours later - loving our Daiken AC unit - working great!

Tim Barton is the best HVAC technician! Give that young man a raise. Polite, professional, clean, and patient. Made recommendations but wasn't pushy. Great communicator!

Jose Noe Deleon did an excellent bi annual check of our AC system, checked everything, cleaned out the system, noted what minor and major problems, discussed it with us and made sure we understood everything. He also showed us photos of everything so we understood better of what problems there are. Highly recommend Hawkins and Jose for anything needed for your AC system.

I had great support from Rey and Mike on the air handler replacement! They were prompt, courteous, very effective in their work. It was a pleasure to have people so competent complete the job. I would highly recommend Hawkins because of the great service provided by the technicians servicing my home.
