Joe Horstman was amazing 👏. I was looking for a new AC unit. He explained all the details for each option I wanted to explore. Also, he answered my questions clearly and I was happy to learn more about the difference between each AC unit and performance. I'm aware the equipment I chose was a bit more expensive than I was expecting, but Joe was helpful giving discounts as much he could provided, and definitely it help more when I decided to work with Hawkins Sevice Co. We have had Jesse out for a repair on our Main air handler and was very happy with the service provided. Most recently Jesse was out doing our routine maintenance on our main a/c unit & our 2 ductless mini-splits. He showed up when he said he would, remembered our names even our dogs name and was happy to see him again. Jesse got right to work and did an excellent job. It is really nice that with Hawkins when the mini-splits maintenance is done, it includes bibbing the indoor head on the wall & doing a cleaning of the inside coil & unit. Other companies that say they maintain mini-splits, do not go into as much detail cleaning wise that Hawkins does. That is actually 1 of several reasons that we belong to their Maintenance club. Jesse complimented us on the good job that we do in maintaining our systems in-between Hawkins 6 month visits, and we really appreciated that. We are very happy with Hawkins & Jesse our Technician and look forward to our next maintenance visit.
