Today I had my new AC installed. Darius and Isaias were great! They comunicated all the details of the installation with me, and also provided wonderful support in regards to New AC mechanism. Also, they promised be back to drop off the second AC Filter, which it was promised initially by Joe. After they left, I have noticed in my outside AC unit, a section that needs to be covered, and i found the cover at the side. I'm not concerned at all, because I called to Isaias to let him know, and he said he will finish it when he is back with the Filter. Darius and Isaias were amazing, and I'm very satisfied with they work. I will provide an update as soon as the two items are completed. But overall I'm very satisfied!!! Thank you!! Sonia

Awesome experience with Hawkins. Scott showed up on time, fixed the problem with my home AC, and charged a very fair price. I also have rental property and from now on, Hawkins is the only company I'll call for any AC or furnace issues. Thank you!

Our technician Nicholas Becker was great! He quickly diagnosed the problems we had with our Aqua Logic Control board and fixed it after quoting us cost. He also diagnosed and repaired our Spa heater. Nicholas was upfront about what the problem was and had the part he needed to make a quick repair. We won't use anyone but Hawkins Service for our Aqua Logic System.

We purchased our pool through a longtime local company thinking they would be there for us when a repair need arose, but sadly, they were not interested in servicing us and wanted to charge a service all fee, even when we were still under warranty. They recommended we call Hawkins and have them come out instead. Well, we did, and they replaced our bad cell right away. Then 2 months later our pump went bad and they came back out and replaced it under warranty on a late Friday afternoon all the way up in Land O' Lakes, a solid 45+ minutes from their office without Friday afternoon traffic. They were determined to get us repaired before the weekend. Ashley took the service call and was so kind. The owner so compassionate. Our technician James was very thorough and explained everything to my husband as he diagnosed and then replaced our pool pump. We will definitely be customers for as long as we own a pool! I will gladly refer any of my friends to them. Honest, fair, and knowledgeable. We cannot thank them enough!
