The plumbers were very knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly.

Jacob diagnosed the faulty circuit breaker and that was replaced plus to others up to the new code for pool equipment. His knowledge and communication was excellent.

Had Arthur install a new heat pump on my pool today and would give him 10 stars if I could. Besides being a super nice guy, he is a perfectionist and did everything as if he was installing it on his own home. It's rare that I have someone do some work at my home where I don't have to do something to correct it. I would absolutely ask for him if you are getting service that he does through Hawkins.

Arturs was very professional and honest with his pool pump repair options versus purchasing a new pump. My pump was way out warranty, so I purchased a new pump. Installation was quick since I purchased the same Pentair brand. The Intelliflow03 is awesome!

Brandon and Zack arrived on time called as asked first and we're pleasant courteous knowledgeable and fully explained options answered multiple questions and most important did not use any pressure sales techniques which was greatly appreciated when considering a costly project whixh by the way their estimate fell in line with other quotes Highly recommend you ask for them to assess your pool problems Will update when decision made Thanks Brandon and Zack Well pool pump and filter replaced with new energy efficient models and once again Brandon and Zack were on the job together working professionally courteously and knowledgeable Appreciate their manners and work ethic Took their time to explain how everything works and cleaned up all debris removed old equipment. It's not a pleasant experience to have to lay out money these days even for necessary things we appreciated and used the zero financing and we greatly appreciated Brandon and Zacks pleasantness throughout process as well as other staff in the office who answered questions and emails promptly so 5 STARS and Highly recommend even if you don't need something now look into their service plans for tomorrow's problems Thank you Hawkins for your great employee hiring skills
