Plumber Daniel Menhart did a fantastic job replacing my garage disposal. He was friendly, fast, and even gave attention to the household pets! Loved that! I highly recommend Hawkins Service Company! Would definitely use them again without hesitation! Good prices and great service!

I was paying for a house warranty program and my a/c went down. I was dealing with lies for almost a week and could not deal with it anymore. I live in Florida and the daily heat index has been over 100 degrees every day. I called Hawkins Service Company on a Friday afternoon and they made an appointment for me on a Saturday morning. Jordan Updegraff showed up and was really great. He took the time to totally inspect the unit and explain some options to us. We told him we felt we needed to go with a new unit. He immediately called Brennan Giibson to see if he was available. He explained the situation because of our age and how hot it was. Jordan said let me at least fix it enough to give you some relief which we really appreciated. Brennan checked the system also and presented us with two different options and and worked hard to give us the best price possible. Brennan then immediately set us up for the replacement on Monday. Lascott Parker and Kelly Jean showed up on Monday to do the installation. They took the time to explain the procedure on how the replacement would go. I would like to say they did a fabulous job in doing the work and I could tell they took great pride in their workmanship. I want to say in closing that all four guys had a great personality and were above reproach in all aspects of the a/c replacement. They all made a great team working together and are a great asset to Hawkins Service Company so don't let them get away!
