I moved to Florida 3 years ago and purchased a home with an existing pool and equipment. Over the past 3 years, the pool pump, light, temperature sensor all started to fail as all this equipment was approaching 8 years old. A sticker on the existing equipment showed that the original equipment was installed by Hawkins Service Company. I contacted Hawkins to just have the temperature sensor replaced and find out why the pump kept shutting off. Technician Eddie arrived on the scheduled appointment date and examined the entire system and then sat down with me to explain in detail all that was wrong with my system. Aging and outdated equipment was the main culprit and spending any more money into the existing equipment was not the best option for me. Eddie went over different pricing plans for different equipment as to good, better, and the best option for my pool. At no time did he pressure me to buy and of the plans offered, but explained in detail what would happen with each plan offered. I decided on the best option and was given a very nice discount making the purchase a little easier to accept. I was offered 18-months zero percent financing which sold me on the sale.The following day, Eddie returned with Technician Dalton and both technicians removed all the old equipment and replaced with new equipment. The entire process took about 6-hours. Everything was tested and explained to me very well including how to operate the equipment and app. Heavy rain didn't stop the install as both technicians were prepared with a tent and certified to work on existing solar equipment as well.Overall, I am very pleased with Hawkins Service Company, and technicians Eddie and Dalton for their hard work, dedication, and expertise in pool equipment repair. I would 100% recommend Hawkins to anyone needing pool equipment repair.

We called Hawkins Service Co and they were very courteous on the telephone and told them about a leak outside. They sent Luke who was very professional and courteous. He explained the problem with me and I would recommend him to represent the company for service at any house. If I need any further service I would want Luke to provide that service through Hawkins Service Co.

Technician Sam did a top notch job repairing the crappy install of almost $3000 brand new oven from Home Depot. My brand new oven never worked at all after it was installed by their "Specialist Tech" they sent me. Oven kept turning itself off and throwing a code. Once proper wiring was completely replaced and covered properly and up to code, the oven now works!!! Good thing I hired this company to do the original electrical repairs I needed to update my kitchen to get it ready for the oven installation. They took before and after pics of everything, of all their work. So, when I called them and explained my issue with newly installed oven they came back and saw the mess (and unsafe fire hazard) the installer did to my kitchen. Hawkins gave me a new estimate of repairs I needed to undo the installation mess. I made a claim with Home Depot and through their 3rd party, they are now reimbursimg me for the repairs. What a nightmare. I'm really glad I hired Hawkins.

You struck gold with having Edwin Olivo on your team. He came to our house to replace our pool pump and unfortunately ran into several issues. He never got upset or frustrated, he kept a smile on his face and just rolled with the punches. It’s people like him that make others better.
