Solomon and his assistant provided excellent service while replacing the salt cell and installing a new pool light. The process of replacing the salt cell went smoothly, with Solomon thoroughly explaining each step and ensuring everything was done efficiently. However, the installation of the new pool light presented several unexpected challenges. There was difficulty removing the old light wire to facilitate the installation of the new wire. Despite these obstacles, Solomon and his assistant maintained a positive attitude and worked diligently to find solutions. They carefully reconfigured the wiring and made the necessary modifications demonstrating their expertise and problem-solving skills. Each challenge was handled with professionalism, and they took the time to ensure that everything met safety standards before finishing the job. In the end, the pool light was successfully installed, and the salt cell replacement was flawless, leaving us with a beautifully illuminated pool that we can enjoy for years to come. Hard workers! No slack time, even in this heat

Our pool heater wasnt working properly, so I called Hawkins and their automated service had scheduled our appt. I do have to say, Hawkins keeps their customers informed with text and emails. Which is a great thing! Our appt was from 12-5 pm and Brian showed up earlier(another plus!) and diagnosed the issue and was able to repair the heater without having to order any parts! (Another plus!) My wife had asked if we were able to get a service contract because of the great service Brian had provided, and yes we now have a contract with Hawkins! Thank you for providing great customer service!
