We were notified by the water company that our water was running continuously 24 hours a day… a check of the water meter outside revealed a continuous quick turn of the dial so we called Hawkins to identify and fix the source. Their tech, Ian, arrived and identified that the water loss was not in the house but in the outside irrigation system. He turned off the irrigation line and recommended we call our irrigation company to fix. Since it was not an internal plumbing issue for them to address, they did not charge anything… not even for the visit and assessment! Phenomenal customer service, even though they didn’t make a dime; they will remain number one on my list for any future issues… highly recommended!

Dealing with Hawkins Service Co. has been a pleasure. From the call to schedule the appointment to Jason coming out to give me the estimate for putting in an EV charger has been hassle free and Jason was very informative. He also went over the different charging methods and which would be best at getting power to my Tesla, at the same time saving me money over the outlet that I had called to get the price on. As a first-time customer this was a great experience.

Darius and Lewis identified the problems I was having with my pool heat pump and iaqualink wifi control system. The reporting system is back online. Darius took his time to fully explain iaqualink. A circuit breaker was replaced to solve a spa problem. A part was ordered for the heat pump. They did a great job in working the problems.

The A/C technician Sean was phenomenal! I would recommend him and this company very highly to anyone!

This company is top notch. Had a plumbing issue and Daniel Menhart came out and was able to take care of the issue. He was very polite, friendly and courteous and explained what he had to do. I will be using this company again.
