Our household has been with Hawkins Service Company and under the Hawkins Service Protection Plan over the last 7 years and 3 homes. They have consistently provided top line service for my HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Pool services, as well as providing Subject Matter Expert Technicians that are extremely knowledgeable and professional and caring individuals that give that personal touch of taking care of our family and home. Just recently we moved into our new home and within a day I noticed a leak from one of the air handlers, called Hawkins and they had Billy there in a matter of an hour. Billy was amazing did a great job addressing the problem, discussing and proposing the plan to address the concern and was able to address the issue and fix the problem. I asked Billy to take a look at another air handler in the house and the access to the attic was in my daughter’s bedroom. Next thing I knew I heard Billy crawling though the attic when I asked why he didn’t just go through the attic access he stated that he didn’t want to get my daughters bedroom dirty with the insulation from the attic from the access panel. Now that is taking care of the customer going the extra mile to make your customers feel taken care of. Hawkins should be proud to have such a great employee and by providing Technicians like Billy is why I stay with Hawkins Service Company!

This company actually answered the phone and set up an appointment for a technician to come and discuss what we wanted to have done.Josh, our technician, was very helpful, kind, patient and courteous and went over several options.We decided on keeping what we had but changing ballisters and led lighting.He checked our electric box and everything else to make sure everything was in working orderHe also checked out out outdoor motion detectors and gave us a price on that.He did a wonderful job and even put the plastic back up for me as I can no longer lift my arm up after an injury to my shoulder.They are a bit pricey but I would use them again and highly recommend them.

I have had another great experience with Solomon and Hawkins!! I have been using them for nearly 6 years and always pleased with the experience.Hopkins has shown to be a reliable and quality company for each repair. I’ve had. My experience with them to troubleshoot some sounds from the pump. Solomon, the technician, was very thorough and provided very informed options and recommendations. Gave a lot of information about the pump, filter, and automation system, as well as maintenance tips to protect the investment. Very highly recommend Hawkins, especially Solomon!

Joseph was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my question and I had a few I kept going back to ask. The work was done flawlessly and he explained everything to me for my new tankless water heater. I couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend Hawkin Service as well as Joseph.

Clinton Hall came and checked our pool issue. He found a leak in a pipe near the pump equipment and fixed it. He kept us informed of what he was doing since we were not home. He was very efficient

This company stands out in terms of their customer service. From the phone call, scheduling the warranty service appointment with Nikki, to the level of service and attention given by D.J, who was the technician assigned to our need, they're a pleasure to deal with. I've already referred them to others needing this level of care, and they received the same excellent attention ... a "breath of fresh air" in today's business climate.

Anthony was great! He explained everything in detail. We discussed the issues, he walked through what he wanted to check, showed us readings and explained expectations vs reality. He went over what repairs/maint was needed/suggested and we separated it out into sections so that we could budget accordingly. I highly recommend Anthony.
