No Lemon Guarantee
If the compressor in your air conditioner or heat pump fails more than once in the 5 years after installation, we won’t replace the compressor. Instead, we will install a BRAND-NEW condensing unit and also give you a new five-year NO LEMON guarantee.
If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails for any reason within 10 years after installation, we won’t replace the defective heat exchanger. We will Install a BRAND-NEW FURNACE and also give you a new 10-year NO LEMON guarantee.

No Frustration Guarantee
Unlike other HVAC companies, we are a service company. We have a staff of certified technicians to serve you in the unlikely event your system has a problem. With the availability of any part, if needed, we guarantee that we will have your system up and running within 24 hours of our arrival or put you up in a hotel (up to $250 per night).
$500 Installation Date Guarantee
In the unlikely event that we do not have your new system operating by the date promised, we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience.
Comfort Guarantee
We guarantee that the system(s) we have installed in your home will heat and cool your home as designed by the manufacturer. If the temperature range agreed upon is not achieved, we will replace the systems at no charge.*

This is our written promise that you will be satisfied with your new comfort system we have installed in your home. If, for any reason, within two years of your installation, you are not satisfied with your new system, just let us know.
If we can’t make it right, then we will remove it and return 100% of your financial investment.
